Itinerary
You'll arrive in Tralee where you'll be accommodated at the first hotel of the tour.
Hotel (example): Derreen Tighue House B&B
The beginning of the Dingle Way leads along a canal to the Blennerville windmill. Before long, the path begins to gently ascend and leads along the side of a mountain with magnificent views of Tralee Bay. The path is rocky and can be muddy in bad weather, but the wealth of diverse flora makes this first stage an enjoyable experience.
Hotel (example): Camp Junction House B&B
Hop from one rock to the next across the Finglass River and then head out on a steadily ascending path. Today there are only sheep and birds to keep you company, and the views of the surrounding mountain peaks and nearby sea are simply stunning. It won't be long before the vast sandy Inch Beach unfolds before you. Wild roses and orchids accompany you along the path that leads to the small village of Annascaul.
Hotel (example): Ardrianne House B&B
The Minard Castle ruins are the highlight of the first half of today's stage. However, if you want to avoid the tarmac roads, you can easily bypass the first part by bus. Once you reach Lipsole, a wonderful stretch takes you past farms and across countless sheep pastures as you approach your final destination - the lively little town of Dingle.
Hotel (example): O'Neill's B&B
To begin this stage, take the bus to Ventry Beach. From here, you'll walk several kilometres along the coast via one of Ireland's most beautiful beaches. Afterwards, head to Eagle Mountain, which takes you over sheepfolds and small rivers. The stage town of Dunquin is the westernmost point in Europe and the stunning views of the Blasket Islands are unrivalled.
Hotel (example): Gleann Dearg B&B
In the morning you'll drive to Smerwick Harbour, where long sandy beaches are once again the order of the day. Towards the end of this stage, a stunning stretch along the cliffs of Smerwick Harbour awaits. Feohanagh is the smallest stage town on this tour.
Hotel (example): Imeall Na Mara B&B
The Royal Leg is the final leg of the tour - this walk takes you up to a pass at Mount Brandon before heading through a nature reserve and back to the sea. The views of the Dingle Peninsula coastline here are simply beautiful. Brandon Pier is a small harbour that marks the end of your Dingle Way walk. Transfer back to Tralee.

After breakfast, check-out and individual return journey home.
